Mission statement
To enhance the capacity of member organizations to conduct a Participatory Action Research (PAR) for community-based natural resources management, to collaborate with GOs and private sectors to protect environmental and natural resources affected by an ecosystem change in the Mekong River basin and its tributaries, and to disseminate all activities through campaigns and mass media for public learning.
