YAPEKA’s mission is to conduct research on environment and community development; introduce appropriate technologies consistent with low-carbon development; enhance community economic activities toward higher carbon efficiency and climate resilience; promote environmentally friendly or green-economy initiatives for community welfare; and build the capacity of partners to implement low-carbon development programs.
