About yourself

I have worked with the domestic elephants in Laos since 2008 and I have more than 10 years of experience about the animal health care and management throughout the country. Now, I am a scent detection dog team leader of Saola Foundation for Annanite Mountasins Conservation. Join since December 2022, my responsibility is ensuring about my team members have a strong capacity building on how to look after our two detection dogs in good condition and save during they are finding the Saola in Annamite Mountains in Laos.  I also support my team members with smooth and clear communication and distribute a good relationship about work and life balance with team.
