Your opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented and collaborative Programmes and Partnership Administrator to provide essential administrative, data management and coordination support across ASAP’s programmes. You will help manage partner applications and databases, coordinate programme activities and events, and ensure accurate records and smooth processes that underpin ASAP’s work with conservation partners across Southeast Asia.  

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys systems, processes and coordination, and who wants to use those skills to support impactful conservation initiatives in a fast-paced, values-driven environment. 

Your key responsibilities

Partnership administration and data management: Contribute to effective partner engagement by supporting applications, coordinating onboarding, and keeping data and records accurate and up to date.

Programme coordination and documentation: Support ASAP’s programmes by tracking milestones, collecting feedback, processing grant agreements and maintaining guidelines, forms and evaluation tools.

Events and logistics: Coordinate programme event logistics such as booking venues, travel and accommodation as well as basic budget tracking.

General administration and team support: Provide administrative support for internal and external meetings and support communications through effective management of information and images from partners.

Qualifications and experience

  • Qualifications to degree level in administration or relevant subject.   

  • 3+ years of experience in programme administration, coordination (preferably across conservation initiatives).  

  • Capabilities in relationship management, attention to detail, organisation, communication and event coordination.    

  • Written and verbal fluency in English.  

  • Experience working for non-profit desirable. 

  • Ability to work in MS Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
